Family business Prestigious Textiles reached an exciting milestone this year, having recently celebrated their 35th anniversary. Founded by Trevor Helliwell in 1988, the Prestigious brand has remained firmly within the Helliwell family throughout its lifetime, with Trevor’s children, Matthew and Nicola, now overseeing operations across Prestigious Textiles and PT Blinds.
Now halfway through its third decade, Prestigious is an international operation, with a network of stockists and trading partners throughout Europe, China, and South Africa. Prestigious employ over 130 staff members across both businesses, whose dedication and expertise remain the beating heart of each company’s day-to-day operations.
Such a dedicated workforce, and the company’s strong values, remain integral to the success of Prestigious, and allow them to remain consistently ahead of the curve in the interior furnishings sector.
